For example, Flourish Careers worked with a black marcomms professional who was put on furlough and subsequently made redundant. We worked together over a three month period to outline and craft a personal brand statement, created a market ready CV,  reviewed job applications, worked on interview techniques. Plus we mapped out a SMART career action plan which was followed religiously. As a result my client successfully secured a dream marketing role, with a promotion and pay increase.
