Barbara is a seasoned transformation and corporate communications leader, advising global organisations on creating purpose-led, inclusive cultures. Barbara is also a long-time racial justice activist and trainer, and Brownstone creates bespoke, innovative programmes to raise racial equity and inclusion awareness among organisations in the PR and comms industry and beyond.
